Supplementary charges
Late arrival
Should you not take your evening meal on the day of arrival, you must let us know before 3 pm and then we will deduct from your bill €11 for adults, €7 for children aged 7–14, €4 for children aged 3–7. If you fail to inform us by 3 pm, we regret that we cannot offer these deductions.

Single room supplement
There is a supplement of €25 per day for single use of a double room. We do not allow single use of double rooms at weekends and in the peak season. Single rooms are only available in category A, no supplement being payable.

Garage parking: €10 per day; free parking outdoors
Seminar room: €10 per hour

Package offers
Please note this proviso with package offers: we have to adjust our ski pass arrangements in the case of changes in the lift prices!
With package offers, arrival is possible any day but, in the case of premature departure, no money will be reimbursed. And with packages comprising the 3½-day ski pass, the ski pass is immediately valid from midday on the day of arrival.
In the case of cancellation and/or premature departure, we act in accordance with the General Business Conditions for the Hotel Industry.

You will receive information about the amount payable and the payment details with the confirmation of booking. Your reservation is valid as soon as we receive your deposit.

Cancellation and travel insurance
The European Travel Insurance „Hotel Cancellation Plus” (with no excess) is more than just a cancellation insurance for your holiday. Hotel Cancellation Plus also includes curtailment, additional costs in the case of delayed arrival or involuntary holiday extension, and search and rescue costs incl. helicopter rescue.
Please note that the cancellation fees are calculated in accordance with the General Business Conditions for the Hotel Industry, should you have no travel insurance.

Your room will be available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm, and we ask you to vacate your room on the day of departure by 11.00 am. Should you not do so we shall have to charge for an additional day.
