Every day you can enjoy: 45 minutes of Somatics and a 50-minute massage.

Somatics – improve your mobility, gain more suppleness and energy with special exercises which enhance body awareness and help you relax. The exercise sessions take place mornings between 8.00 and 10.00 am. (Appointments by arrangement, maximum of 2 participants).

Massages - reserve your individual relaxation appointment in the afternoon.
