Have you already booked your vacation?\nYou can plan your journey to Neustift im Stubai here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check in from 08:00 – 21.00, check out until 10.30. You can move into your room from 3.00 pm<\/strong> on the day of arrival, but we ask you to vacate it by 10.30 am<\/strong> on the day of departure, otherwise we will have to charge you for another day. If you arrive later than 8.00 pm<\/strong>, please let us know, otherwise the room will be given to someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We kindly ask you to come to dinner in appropriate clothing.\nWearing ski boots, ski suits, bathrobes or tracksuits is not permitted.\nFor breakfast you are welcome to wear casual clothing or ski suits, but please do not wear ski boots or bathrobes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations<\/a><\/strong> Cancellations must be made in writing (no cancellation by telephone possible), you will receive a confirmation from us in any case, the date on which we receive the e-mail from you is the date of cancellation. Please make sure that you send the cancellation to info@mutterberg.at<\/a>, if we do not receive an e-mail, it will not be considered as a cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival – cancellation of the room free of charge (20 Euro processing fee will be charged)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 weeks until the day of arrival we charge a cancellation fee, regardless of whether we can rent the room to someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When making a booking, it is very important to take out travel cancellation insurance to protect you from cancellation fees in the event of cancellation due to illness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European Travel Insurance<\/a> “Hotel Cancellation Plus” (without excess) is more than just cancellation insurance for your vacation.\nHotel Cancellation Plus also includes trip interruption, additional costs in the event of delayed arrival or an involuntary extension of your vacation and search and rescue costs including helicopter rescue.\nhelicopter rescue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
