Things worth knowing about the Stubai Glacier …
Stubai Glacier has guaranteed snow from October to June
Over an area of more than 700 hectares the Stubaier Glacier (of which 26.8 hectares have snow-making facilities) – the largest glacier ski resort in Austria – with truly so much to offer to get every skier’s heart beating that bit faster:
- 110 kilometres of perfectly maintained ski runs
- 19 km ski routes
- 2 km high altitude cross-country ski runs
- 25 cable cars and lifts: 5 gondola lifts, 7 chair lifts, 9 drag lifts, 4 magic carpets and a snow carousel
- Snowboard Funpark
- Winter walking trail from the Eisgrat mountain station to the Gamsgarten mountain station
- Viewing points: summit platform TOP OF TYROL, Schaufeljoch mountain station, Eisgrat Sun Terrace

Bus times are issued at short notice. So you’re also welcome to get the latest information at our reception at the Alpensporthotel Mutterberg, Neustift in the Stubai Valley.
Mutterberg Extra: you can get your 2-day ski passes direct from us at reception. Day tickets and walking maps can only be obtained at the Stubai Glacier Lift box office.

PS: Our umbrella bar is situated right next to Stubai Glacier Lift valley station and from here the post is collected every day at 2.00 pm – at the “most brilliant” après-ski in the Stubai Valley!
